Delivery

Execution of the order and terms of delivery:

Orders are accepted and processed every day from 10:00 to 18:00. An order placed after 14:00 is processed the next day.

Orders placed on FRIDAY after 15:00 SATURDAY, SUNDAY and during public holidays and weekends are processed the first working day thereafter. The delivery is made within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation of the order or depending on the delivery schedule of the courier company to the respective settlement.

Payment for ordered items:

Methods of payment, customers have the right to choose a method of payment convenient for them.

The prices on the site are in EURO, USD and GBP for one item. Payment and receipt of all necessary documents is made upon delivery of the order.

- Refund of payment made through VPOS or Bank transfer.

A customer who has made a payment by mistake, double payment, payment and cancellation of an order or in case of impossibility to fulfill the order / delivery, will receive his funds back to the account / card from where the payment was made.

Refunds are made after confirmation by the person who made the payment. Confirmation can be done by email or by phone.
